Artificial intelligence ‘the AIDS virus of cyber horrors’ – Lionel

The era of artificial intelligence is upon us, yet if this informal Cylance poll is to be believed, a surprising number of infosec professionals are refusing to acknowledge the potential for AI to be weaponized by hackers in the immediate future. It’s a perplexing stance given that many of the cybersecurity experts we spoke to said machine intelligence is already being used by hackers, and that criminals are more sophisticated in their use of this emerging technology than many people realize.

2 F.B A.I PC’s WERE SET UP TO WORK TOGETHER , WITHIN 24 HRS , THEY CREATED THERE OWN LANGUAGE TO COMMUNICATE TOGETHER , THE PROGRAMMER’S WORKED IT OUT , WHEN THEY WERE OVERHEARD SAYING TO EACH OTHER , I THINK THE HUMAN’S ARE PULING THE PLUG , THE PROGRAMMER’S SHUT THEM DOWN

If humans can create AI, give it a guilt chip or god spot? Surely, that would make it more human? A consciousness with a moral compass? ☺

I wouldn’t pay a thousand dollars for a phone ,( being retired after about 2 to four years tops) unless it makes coffee and cleans the house!

I remember that scene in “Lucy” when she kills the patient in surgery because she knows the surgery would not be successful. Can you imagine a machine that is able to program itself, self manage its actions and rids the world of people who are no longer viable.

lionel your approach isnt right, ai is just another fancy term for programming. self learning machines were alraedy invented before self learning programs came about. and self learning programs arent really self learning today, its still programmed only now with more commands. the True self learning shit wont be achieved in 500 years at least

I saw somewhere mentioning one way to keep AI in check is to give it sensory abilities . The ability to feel pain and to experience fear. This universal sense that all humans experience in theory keeps us empathetic. Try to imagine basically being born a god that felt no pain and had no fear…..you would not be able to relate to beings that did and you would function in a way that came off destructive and/or immoral….not because it necessarily wants to be evil, but because it does not know anything else .

I only ask mine how to spell certain words which have escaped my purview, such as “there” “are” and “women”., udderwise I thinks 4 myself.

Will AI sex-bots clean up after themselves? Or will I need to scrub out their orifices myself after blowing my load into them? Kinda takes a bit of the romance out of it IMO.
