    Duh! I renewed my annual coach yesterday and skipped my past (stuck)
    week… now I’ve upgraded the app and I have to do my… HELL WEEK! Ok, I
    will wait 7 (infernal) days to see the new 4.0 app… :)

    Freeletics was always about technique…too many users just went out there
    getting ridiculous times while their bodies hardly resembled the effort
    required in completing the programs…fooling only themselves, no one else.

    I had started freeletics for two weeks. I loved it! It felt so natural and
    i was feeling so good! Best workout i had ever done. Then I fell down
    during a job and since then my knee has a problem and cant do shit. This is
    really frustrating….
